Affording Physical Therapy Care

It’s no secret that inflation has affected the bottom line finances in millions of American homes in the past year. As the cost of food, housing, clothing, and many other day-to-day essentials climb faster than earnings, spending is on a lot of minds in our community.

When it becomes more difficult to afford the essentials, other things, like healthcare, can fall farther down the priority list. At Clear Lake Physical Therapy and Rehab Specialist (CLPTRS) we want people to know we make it a priority to work with patients when it comes to paying for our services. Both patients and potential patients who need our care should know we take things seriously regarding your dollars.

We want patients to feel comfortable getting the care they need without the stress of finances. CLPTRS would never want someone to suffer with pain or declining health because they felt they may not be able to afford physical therapy.

Becky Melton is our patient advocate at CLPTRS. She is always willing to help find financial solutions for our patients that fit both the practice and the patient. She joined the team in August 2017 as the front desk coordinator. Since then, she’s transitioned into the role of an administrator with the practice.

Her education and work history in administration, management and customer service have led to a position working alongside the billing director to maintain back-office flow as a specialist in billing, insurance and collection management.

As a patient advocate for the practice, Becky’s goal is to make sure our patients are taken care of at every level. From understanding their benefits to finding financial solutions and payment options, Becky helps patients navigate the sometimes tricky waters of affording health care.

Her passion for people and creating a positive environment helps our entire team and patients feel valued, accepted and heard.

We promise that as we work with you to meet our goal of restoring human performance, you won’t be surprised with any “gotcha” billing. We are a fair practice that exercises fiscal responsibility so we can provide care to those who need it.

And did you know that if you are having pain that physical therapy would help with, you don’t need a doctor referral to see us? We provide care in many areas, including balance disorders, work-related injuries, athletic injuries, vestibular rehab, pre-op physical therapy and more.

Call us anytime at 715-263-4103 to set up a consultation to see how we can help you reduce pain, recover from an injury, or feel healthier. With three office locations in Turtle Lake, Clear Lake, and Amery, we are accessible to many Western Wisconsin communities.
