  • Please wash your hands or use the provided hand sanitizer prior to entering the studio. Please repeat again prior to departure.
  • Pre-registration is REQUIRED for all classes to help us keep classes that allow social distancing.
  • – If you pre-register and do not attend, this will still count as a session towards your package.
  • Classes are limited to 7 participants and 1 instructor at this time, Pre-registration for multiple class dates is allowed.
  • Masks are welcome and supported for use during your participation but are not required. You are responsible to provide your own mask if you choose to wear in the studio.
  • Please practice social distancing, staying 6 feet apart as much as possible. There will be tape marks for guidance when in the studio.
  • Classes will be held outside when able and when weather permits
  • Attendees are not allowed to enter the physical therapy clinic area. You will need to warm up in The Performance Center.
  • There will be bins for your ‘dirty’ items. Please add any weights, bands, etc to these bins for cleaning after you’ve used them so we can properly sanitize after use.
  • We encourage you to bring your own equipment you may need for your class if you have any available (yoga mat, blocks, weights, bands, etc).

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that allows those with limited mobility to enjoy all of the benefits of yoga. This class is wonderful for those with conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease, severe knee or back problems, impaired balance, or any other condition which prevents the student from practicing in a traditional yoga class. Gentle Yoga

Basic Yoga poses in a gentle flow. Perfect for beginners or for those individuals that need a slightly lower intensity while gaining strength and mobility. Strength & Balance

The phrase “move it or lose it” applies to our human body in so many ways. Beginners or intermediates welcome, fitness focused on regaining or maintaining mobility, strength & balance. 45 MINUTES **Silver Sneakers Eligible

Body Toning (AM)

This 45-minute higher impact class is more of a boot-camp style, full-body workout. Using a variety of equipment and body weight this class will raise your heart rate as increase your strength and balance. The class will include but is not limited to circuit training, tabata, and dice games. 45 MINUTES

Body Toning (PM)

This 45-minute low-impact class focuses on full body strength and balance. No class is ever the same and uses a variety of equipment and body weight. All movements can be modified to help you reach your fitness goals. 45 MINUTES

SilverSneakers Stability

Stability is the newest class designed to help you become stronger and improve balance. The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. It can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. SilverSneakers Classic

Designed to increase muscle strength, range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support and class can be modified depending on fitness levels. 45 MINUTES ***Silver Sneakers Eligible


Rock Steady Boxing offers classes to accommodate varying degrees of Parkinson’s/fitness levels. RSB classes have proven that anyone, at any level of Parkinson’s, can actually lessen their symptoms and lead a healthier, happier life.
